The candies themselves are of a good size, but the bag is rather small. I wish Russel Stover would sell these in larger quantities. The carbohydrate content on the label is high, but this is due to the use of sugar alcohols, which pass through your system unmetabolized. Once you account for the maltitol, there are only 3 grams of carbs per 1/8c cup serving (not much, a few candies per serving in reality). Are they great? If you have to watch your sugar intake, they certainly seem like it. But they're not the real thing.
