Purchased the item in December 2024, was able to set it up in January 2025, everything seemed to be working fine until July 2025 , the backup camera was glitching and only showing for about 5 seconds , then would re appear , I pressed the reset button numerous times to try and resolve but it didn’t fix, I reached out to AZDOME and they were able to send me a replacement backup camera within 2 days and hoping to solve the issue, unfortunately the same exact issue was happening so it seemed it it was the whole dashcam itself needed to be replaced.. I reached out to AZDOME on July 17 2025 , they replied back the next day to inform me a replacement will be on the way . On July 25 I reached out to them again to ask for a tracking number .. absolutely no reply , so I reached out to them via Amazon August 2 2025 stating I was waiting for a replacement and never received , they replied back August 4 2025 and apologized and stated once again a replacement is on the way.. i reached out to them now via email on August 8 2025 to provide a screenshot of my conversation via Amazon and to reconfirm if I was going to receive a replacement and once again NO REPLY ..on August 12 I reached out to them AGAIN via Amazon to inform them no replacement has arrived, on August 13 they replied via email and stated my item will arrive August 13 2025.. at first I was like ok same day shipping thats nice of them .. I NEVER received the replacement dashcam ! It is now August 15 2025 and nothing ! I read so many reviews on this company and thought ok I’ll give them a shot and I was actually even going to buy another for my other vehicle , now I have do more research on another dashcam brand.. and now it just so happens that the dashcam isn’t useable now .. it started glitching ! Waste of 100$ Update : it was late but I finally received a replacement , after a few months of waiting I just gave up and bought a different camera from a competitor, unfortunately that camera didn’t have as good of quality as AZDOME so I just took my losses, however out of the blue melody from AZDOME reached out to me directly and seen that I never received my replacement and sent me a replacement and I revived it a few days later from her reaching out !Everything seems to be working perfect without any glitches ,thank you so much melody for assisting me.. originally I was not going to make another purchase due to the lack of communication I originally had however since she was able to provide a replacement I have no problem purchasing more products for my other vehicles as well as recommending this product to friends and family, camera quality is excellent just had the original issue with the back up camera but that is now 1000% solved thanks again melody from AZDOME !!!!!I will be a repeat customer !

I bought this dash cam because it has all 3 cameras so I can record in front and behind myself and also in the cabin. Too many people are out here driving crazy to not protect yourself with video recording in case of an accident. I liked having it so much I bought one for my dad too! It works really well, video and sound are clear and you can disable the sound if you don't want to record that. It even auto locks recordings of the camera experiences too much force, like if you got in an accident (or in my experience, accidentally hitting a pot hole) and I believe the sensitivity on that can also be adjusted. It is easy to set up, the adhesive pad holds really well, the hardest part is picking a spot where you have good video coverage without blocking your view while driving (I suggest turning it on to help decide placement). They even give you a tool to help run all the wires under the edge of the trim/headliner in your vehicle. I only have 2 complaints: 1st, every now and then it tells me to reformat my SD card. I thought it was supposed to record over the old footage when the card got full? Luckily I haven't needed to keep any of my footage yet (there have been a few close calls) so reformatting isn't a big deal but that will delete all of the recordings on your SD card so make sure you back it up first if you want to keep anything. 2nd, the adhesive pad is maybe too good at its job. When I bought this camera I owned my car but a year later I sold my car and now do 1 year leases so every year I have to move the camera into a new car and this year the mounting bracket got damaged and doesn't hold the camera very well anymore. Now, when I reordered this dash cam for my dad, his came with a cling film you put on your window and then you stick the adhesive to that (mine did not but I order his quite a while after getting mine so I think they just updated the package), I'm not sure if that will make it easier to move between cars but I hope so. I would absolutely buy this again, it is well worth the money and would pay for itself several times over if you got in an accident and needed to prove it wasn't your fault.

- Camera quality is okay. It gets the job done. - Easy to install and wire directly with AZDOME hardwire kit (I wrote report there also check it out) - easy to configure and work the settings with the bottom buttons. - Records all 3 views same time. - Can set time length, duration, quality - Park view isn't best as it's elapsed time and not best quality. - WiFi only connects directly to device while camera has power and you're close to it (you have to use buttons on camera to enter WiFi mode (while entering WiFi mode it automatically starts stream recording, so you have to stop that then go into videos) - Like i said park mode and surveillance are elapsed time, not best picture quality. So when downloading the lapse time recording you need a good editing app or software to slow mode the video to get a clip for what you want (even slow mode editing its missing frames and it's choppy lapse time like every 5 seconds or something for 15 minutes compressed into 3 minutes video So the cons got it a lesser ☆ for me. However, i will say it records well, has nice views of vehicle inside/out. It's definitely a good purchase for security/insurance/rideshares; even streaming/ photo function while in WiFi mode however vehicle is full stop within arms reach of phone/pad/etc, so like traffic stop/ "karen" Tv something like that. I like it. I wanted a decent video quality camera that viewed the front/back/inside; I could download data. That was hardwired in the vehicle. To watch and record what's happening incase of: traffic/parking violation, insurance accident claims, road rage/ police interactions/ citizens interactions given current events happening with road blocking/ scams/etc. (drawback for ☆ is can't just remotely view videos; that would make this camera absolutely awesome and then some)

I bought this in 2023 and has worked great. It’s easy to use and set up. The quality for all the cameras is pretty clear. My only dislike is the rear camera installation inside because I had to buy a separate mount because otherwise the camera would only point downward. It started malfunctioning about a month ago with the display freezing or sometimes not turning on completely. GET THE INSURANCE. I put in a claim with the insurance I purchased when I bought the dashcam and the next day within a few hours of dropping off the dashcam at UPS I received the reimbursement as an Amazon gift card and I used it to buy another. Overall great camera and I just bought another one. 👍

I really like the camera when I first got it. My first camera, so didnt know what to expect. Did quite a bit of research, you tube videos and bought it. Worked great out of the box, some issues with the WiFi and my Apple phone, could be my issue since my phone is about 4 years old. After a few days, the screen started freezing, I bought the SD card upgrade, so it was not due to a bad SD card. Swapped the card with the smaller SD card that came with it, problem not resolved. A picture of where I was 10 minutes ago, would stay on the screen, then it would shut off out of the blue, come back on and work. For some reason, my rear camera would only record intermittently for about 15 seconds. I tried the reset button with a toothpick, no change. The App is very basic. You have to be stopped to put the camera in WiFi mode, find the camera on your phone, I had to turn off my cellular data every time for it to kind of connect. The videos downloaded very slowly; picture quality was ok. I decided since I didn't really plan on keeping videos, it was no big deal. I only wanted videos of a accident or something worthwhile. I exchanged several emails with customer support. It is not live customer support, they are located in China and requires a minimum of 6 hours to email you back. I guess if you have the Whatsapp on your phone, it can be live, I do not have that and didn't want it. It was not until I took it all out of my truck and processed a return through Amazon, I had emails coming in offering me a free replacement of the main camera. At this time, I lost all confidence of this being reliable. I want it working 24/7 to capture whatever happens, not freezing out, resetting itself, or shutting off. It's of no use if during a crucial time, it does not function. Maybe mine was defective, I don't know, but it's a lot of work installing it, hiding wires, accessing fuse panels buried in the interior, for it not to work. BTW, one YouTube said this was ranked in the top 5 of 2021. Not sure I believe that. What I learned Get one that automatically links to your WiFi Has a decent APP. Not one that looks like it was made by a fifth grader Find one that has live customer service in the USA Don't believe all the reviews Before tearing up interior and hiding wires, use it from the cigarette lighter, tape wires up and out of the way and test it to see if you really want it Install it, drive with it before your return period ends

After experiencing four accidents in 2023 including two in parking lots while my car was turned off I realized I needed a dash cam that could protect me even when I wasn’t in the vehicle. I chose this model because of its parking-mode recording, and it has far exceeded my expectations. This dash cam offers full coverage: a front camera, rear camera, and an interior camera that records inside the car with sound. It even records when the car is off and activates if someone gets close to the vehicle. Having that level of protection has given me so much peace of mind. I’ve had it for a year now and I absolutely love it. It’s easy to use, the video quality is great, and my husband installed it without any issues. I can view all recordings right from my phone, which makes everything incredibly convenient. I did run into a problem with the buttons after the warranty period, but the customer service was exceptional. I reached someone immediately with no hold time, we went through troubleshooting together, and they replaced the camera even though it was out of warranty. Truly above-and-beyond support! Overall, this dash cam has been one of the best purchases I’ve made reliable, feature-packed, and backed by a company that genuinely stands behind its product. Highly recommended.

I have had this dash cam for 4 years and it has been recording constantly for those 4 years on my work truck. The power stays on even when the truck is off. Today it has finally had some glitches but it has been 4 years of constant use. I have now bought two others! It has great video quality and night recording quality is also good. Price point is great for the quality and durability.

I purchased this Camera for my partner's birthday, as an on-the-spot idea moment. I did my research, and I felt fairly confident that what this device had to offer, was exactly what I felt comfortable loaded into my partner's car. I purchased the additional kit to have it hard-wired to the car battery, to record when she was away from th vehicle. Immediately, her brand new battery kept draining (yes, wiring was verified to be correct). A couple months later, through the summer, this device began *Melting*. Not a big deal, so as long as everything still works. It wasn't long after that, that the device just kept Freezing and not starting up with the car. It would crash and reboot, only to be stuck on the logo. Mind you, this is *after* I had unplugged the front facing camera, which caused it to 100% freeze during bootup if left in.. Bottom line, this camera was a neat idea on paper. Modular and slim.. but in reality, it's current design simply can not keep up with today's demands. I would love to get a replacement, if that were offered. TL;DR PROS - Really good picture quality and slim design - Installed easily; Worked... at first. - Comes with a questionably cheap 64GB "free" SD card - Modular design is very neat - Good support TL;DR CONS: - Stopped working after a couple months, which is basically the worst con ever. - Difficult to use app for the wifi feature - - - - - - - - EDIT: 1/31/2023 - I was not asked to edit this review, but after posting it, AZDOME reached out and gave me a full refund. My device may have just been faulty. I am happy to see the support that backs this project. Thank you! This device is still worth a try.

• Reason for Purchase: Unfortunately, despite a Club 3000 dual hook lock, our Jeep Wrangler 4xe was stolen off of our driveway mid-day. In the car, we had the Azdome M300S 4K dash camera which we initially ordered given its fully-loaded but no screen minimalistic design. At that time, we did not know much about the Azdome brand and so did not want to overspend on an item. We bought that camera for $119.76 CAD (incl. HST) in Sep 2023. However, when it came time to replacing our camera which the thieves took from us, we decided to go with this device given the 3-channel nature to allow for an in-cabin, front, and back camera view. • Materials/Build Quality: Plastic encasing. • Features: Easy access to camera recordings via WiFI definitely offers a ton of convenience as opposed to ejecting and reinserting the SD card which can also inadvertently lead to corruption of recorded files. Fortunately, (because my car has not suffered any significant impact), I have not been able to test the G-sensor which I think would be an important feature if someone were to hit my vehicle with theirs in a parking lot for example. The image quality is great. • Aesthetic: I really like that this camera can be installed in a minimalistic/discrete way without a large suction cup versus to other options. Other devices I have had with suction cup attachment to the windshield have also fallen off with extreme heat/cold which can be annoying vs. this 3M tape way of installation which has been sturdy thus far (and also with the M300S version I had before my car was stolen). • Installation: Super easy to install! The most difficult part is getting the wiring done but this would be the same for every dash camera. This one has a mount to easily un/re-attach the camera; however, while this is great, it also honestly is not needed as the camera has WiFi capability so you do not need to take out the SD card or remove the camera from the windshield to view the files. • Comparable Products: While I have heard lots about the Vantrue 3-channel 4K camera options, I decided to stick with this given price and my experience with the 2-channel M300S option as discussed above. • Price: $214.69 CAD (incl. taxes) • Product Link: https://www.amazon.ca/dp/B091PRCJ5Y
