I bought these because I thought phone theft might be a problem when traveling. I soon learned that having your phone that close and easy to grab was perfect!

I'm disabled and whether walking or in my wheelchair it keeps my hands free plus I'm not dropping and sometimes breaking my phone anymore.

The stitching on one of the 2 lanyards that I received was coming loose and separating from the leather pad. When I reached out to the seller, a representative asked me to send a photo for better definition of the problem, my order number and mailing address. They quickly responded that a replacement package should arrive four days later. In fact, I was pleased to see that it arrived sooner than that and was in much better condition.Overall, it works just fine. The lanyard lies flat around the neck, though it may easily twist. The fabric is smooth and soft to the touch, which makes it easy to adjust the length. For the same reason, however, that may be the cause of the length adjustment slipping that others have commented on. The pad lies flat between the phone and the Otterbox I use. No adhesive is needed. It does not interfere with the charging port. For the price, I would recommend this product.

The sticky pad was easy to install under my Otterbox phone case. Although the ribbon and hook that passes through the charging hole of the phone did not LOOK very strong it did hold my Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra with Otterbox Defender Case which makes it the heaviest cellphone available. The lanyard connection is strong and secure and easy to link and remove. I was on a cruise for 33 days and used it every day, hanging over the edge of a ship, taking photos off of bridges and over viewpoints, and walking around the ports we stopped in. No signs of wear and tear to the ribbon and link. The ribbon and link DID NOT interfere at all with charging my phone. I can also close the Otterbox charging hole cover with no obstruction. The lanyard is adjustable to a long enough length that I can keep the phone in my purse to relieve any strain on my neck. And my phone was always accessible and secure. I did have to remove the lanyard from my neck to take a selfie. It did not reach far enough. But you can wrap the lanyard around your wrist for extra security. Also you never will have to put your phone down when paying for purchases so the risk of leaving the phone behind is eliminated.

Great usage, but the one I got the straps were all twisted and can not be fixed

Nice lanyard. So far it is holding my heavy phone around my neck —appears to be good but I am worried that the tiny ring will separate and the phone will slip off. There is nothing else to catch it if it does

I was excited to finally get this item. Both the black and the blue have twisted fabric that does not lay flat on your body. I also viewed the video and the video show it is laying flat on the model. Yea got to do better with this simple product. Junk!! Not sure how this can happen. Doesnt anyone check before it goes out?

So far happy with them but undecided whether I would wear one with my phone while out on the deck of my boat....otherwise handy when shopping

Great for outdoor walks to flind around the neck for more convenience.
