Vitamin B1 500mg as Thiamin - Helps Maintain a Healthy Nervous System, (120 Capsules)

I wanted some high strength vitamin B1, the capsules are quite large but they slide down easy when washed down with water. The price was resonable when compared to lower dose bottles. I would recommend if you are needing a high dose option.

This does not taste like thiamine, if you open the capsule. It’s actually tastes a lot like powdered paracetamol! Sending this back for refund, and buying usual brand.

This appears to be a quality product been taking it for the last month or two no adverse side effects but i have certainly experienced positive effects taking very high doses defiantly finding that i feel more stable in general and able to relax
