these rolls of paper from NCR are exactly the right width for my 3.125" thermal receipt printer (epson tm-t20ii). the paper is sufficiently bright and the print is clear and sharp. after using them for the last week, i don't see any paper dust inside the machine. my only gripe is that they don't easily come open. other paper rolls i've used have a bit of adhesive holding them shut, that easily peels away to start a new roll. this stuff is glued on hard, and you have to tear at it quite a bit to get it started. you'll easily waste a foot or two of paper, and you may experience a bit of frustration in the process. or, just cut across the width with a box cutter and remove the cut layers.overall, i'm pleased enough to award five stars. the price and the overall quality are great.

Why pay more at the office supply store? You get comparable quality at a much lower price. This point-of-sale thermal paper works really well. Roll after roll, I have had no issues. It even has a bit of a red streak to let you know that the roll is almost finished. Definitely will purchase again.

Work great just large than my machine could handle. That was my fault so whine half the roll onto another spool when I have to reload the machine. I only have to do this every other time. You may want double check your spool holder size just to be sure that they will fit in the cradle.

You would not believe the difference in quality with the print when using the NCR 997373 Paper Rolls for the Thermal Machine we use every day. The machine moves a lot quicker and the print is a lot darker and easier to read then some of the other rolls we have ordered. Plus this a great deal and shipping only takes a couple of days.

Product I received does not meet the quality of regular NCR thermal paper rolls. Rolls did not come in sealed plastic wrap, it was just thrown into a random box. The paper is also very thin. I've been using nothing but NCR Thermal rolls since 2006. Future buyers beware.

This is slightly thicker than other papers i've ordered, but the upside is that I don't have as much curling at the end of the roll that is hard to get in register drawer. This happened to cost less than the generic Office Depot brand so I tried it. Would buy again.

Kind of a skewed review from me, since I didn't use this paper for its original purpose! I hang a spool of paper in each of my pet rats' cages, and they love to pull down yards of it to make elaborate paper nests. So I write this review on behalf of my rats - they love it! ;)

On the thin side and doesn't always print extremely dark or clear like the small roll that came with my Star printer, but it does the job. Will last us a long time and will probably sell a few rolls if someone needs them.
