Great way to keep a room clean from dust and debris, without using a vacuum
OK, so you do have to empty its bin, wash it occasionally and change its filter…… but as it’s a robot it doesn’t get distracted and does a better job than a human with a vacuum cleaner. With no pets or kids it does an amazing job if used once a week to keep the general dust and living/eating debris building up across the whole room.Even with a family and pets about my guess is it’s still going to be good, but obviously you’d need to schedule it to clean more often and bin empty, clean and change filters more frequently. If you’re the kind of household with many messy kids or animals or drop whole packets of crisps and tread them in, like a certain Channel 5 TV show of stupid testers do, then it might not not be worth using - use a bucket and spade instead 😏Update after a month…This is the forth iRobot Roomba I’ve had, that’s in 20 years so I’m not complaining - plus the last old 880 is still working away upstairs. I mention this as I’m always impressed with the advances in the design, both in battery and cleaning. The i3 is even more improved, with a bigger dust bin that’s easy to empty out and occasionally wash after removing the smaller/cheaper HEPA filter. As the bin has a metal mesh any larger debris is kept away from the filter which also helps filling more of the bin. Removing and wiping clean the two airflow rollers are also quicker and easier too.I thought the WiFi connected App was a bit of a gimmick, however, it’s proven to be useful to see if any areas were difficult to clean for some reason and to see how the filter and rollers are wearing. One Tip:The filter can be tapped on a hard surface dirty side down which quickly cleans out all the very fine dust.

Handy robot!
As a semi-smart robot, it seems to do a good job of mapping out the room using it's floor sensor. It does get stuck on some things (like ikea Poang chairs), but on the whole seems to do a good job of getting un-stuck where it can. There is another version of this robot that includes the auto-emptying base station. If you can justify it, GET THAT ONE. I'm only using this on one floor of my fairly small flat, and I have to empty the bin manually every day. Most of the time it's not because the bin is actually "full" but because the entrance to the bin (where the sensor evidently is) has been blocked by a lump of fluff. This might be in part due to the fact we have a (extremely fluffy) cat living with us.It is great at getting dust out of carpets, and pretty good at keeping hard floors free of debris also.

Excellent
I had a different make of robot which was inefficient so bought the roomba. What a difference to the carpets. Would recommend

It's not better than the cheaper alternatives
I bought this product thinking Roomba would be better than the cheaper alternatives but sadly that was not the case. This robovac was very high maintenance, it regularly stopped during cleaning, coming up with different errors. Errors were difficult to resolve with the robot telling you to "check the app" for more information but often the app did not say anything about the problem. A lot of the time we had to just end the clean early, empty the bin and put it back to base to charge. We had this Roomba for a few months but in the end gave up using it as it rarely did a full clean without errors and problems. I have since bought an eufy robovac for 200 euro and it is worlds better and no problems at all. If you are thinking of buying this product I'd strongly encourage to look at the other cheaper, better alternatives. Just because it's a Roomba doesn't mean it's good!

Love Hate Relationship
I really want to love this robot. We have had it for 3.5 months now. When it works properly it's great, but it has so many intermittent niggles that it is just frustrating to use half of the time. I find myself defending its silliness to my wife!Pros - cleans the floors quite well for its size. Gets into areas that are difficult to reach, like under furniture. Rarely gets stuck. Will clean individual rooms using the map on the app (if not in a funny mood). Can leave it to get on with vacuuming whilst getting on with other jobs. Works without the app (if it's not in a funny mood)Cons - intermittent and frustrating faults. Sometimes I come to use it to find it has not been charging; run through trouble shooting and charge connections are clean, still no charge. Sometimes it will not connect to the internet to use the app. Sometimes I take it to a room and place it on the floor it has cleaned many times before to vacuum it (not using the app), and it almost immediately starts flashing blue then red and says it is lost, after about five goes it might work. This is irritating because 2 out of 3 times it works fine in the same place.

Big brand but rubbish
Bought it due to the previous one broken by dog. Watched lots of online comparisons, tones of YouTube videos. Finally attacked by the big brand, and two rolls functions. After using it twice, notice it’s useless.1, the two rolls technology can not clean carpet well. Especially long dog hair.2, rubbish battery, Charing long time to clean one or two rooms. I have 5 rooms, it start working from morning to afternoon.3, really small rubbish bin.4, when working bouncing around.I have large rooms , always some bit not clean at all.5, suction not great, but really loud.

Poor customer service
The product itself seems good but it has a fault and customer service is poor. I have to chase them. The vacuum needs a part and its been a 3 week wait so far.

Hard to maintain
I’ve had this Roomba for a while, and over the time completely stopped using it. The main reason is how difficult it is to maintain it. The sensors constantly get dusty and it asks me to clean them all the time, and even complains after I thoroughly clean them. What’s the point of a smart vacuum cleaner if I have to use my manual vacuum cleaner to clean it every day?The dust container is quite small as well and fills up too quickly, so I need to change it after about every run or two.I’m only giving 2 stars because they recently sent some smart feature updates like mapping the house and being able to tell Roomba exactly which room to clean. It works relatively fine, but still it is much faster and easier to just pick up my manual vacuum cleaner and just go through the entire house than waiting for this.It doesn’t make as much sound as a traditional vacuum cleaner, but it gets irritating since it constantly runs 30+ minutes to go through the entire house.

Bra pris men begränsad

Saubere Sache!
The media could not be loaded.
