It is a pain to cut evenly without special tools but not impossible, however even installed directly to the walls with sound tiles over it(as in the photo) it works pretty well at reducing noise outside and inside.Fedex lost one package in my order for about two weeks. I contacted the company and the replacement arrived promptly. 👍

I installed it on my drywall since I rent an apartment and I have noisy neighbors. It was easy to install and it worked to help reduce noise. Now I want to do my living room too.

Used this in place MVL in sound insulating a pickup truck. Worked well the material is flexible and easy to install. I picked it due to cost and wanting a "greener" product than virgin MLV. This overall was a great balance of effectiveness, price and environmental concerns. I would use it in another car install

First time adding audimute and the difference is very noticeable. No more annoying echoes sound seems to be absorbed through the wall. Great product. Would recommend.

The pros greatly outweigh any cons with this product. read up on it use and installation instructions.

Yea it reduces the sound but these tires come with a kick. wholly smokes, last night I had a hard time falling asleep because I installed this in my bedroom wall to reduce the sound and Its going to be awhile for me to get my taste back. very strong odor of tires and now my studio foam smells like it. In the product review it says that the smell will go away eventually but how long is that going to take? So far I'm considering returning this and spend a higher buck on Vinyl sound proof. Installing it inside the wall is Ideal but, I don't work with my back, I'm more of a computer wiz. So for now I give this product 2 stars because that smell made it hard to fall asleep. You'll lose your taste and get headaches with this product. Would I recommend this? Not so much, I would save up to get a better product. If this came without the chemical aroma I would recommend it, but be warned, out of the package, its very strong.

Cheaper than true mass loaded vinyl, but also slightly less effective. Worth it if you don't need to block everything.

Easy to install and it worked to help reduce noise.100% recommended.
