Strawberry Type Extract, Natural Flavor Blend - 2 fl. oz. glass bottle

I was looking for a strawberry flavor/extract. Read this had great reviews so I decided to order. It took a while to get here a lot of my strawberries had rotted by then so I had to get new ones. When I opened it and smelled it I was a little scared because I thought it would be artificial and weird. But this actually made my strawberry cake taste so delicious. I also put a drop of it in my strawberry jam that I mix into the batter it really cuts out the nasty chemical smell that are in non organic strawberries. I noticed it’s also very potent you only need one drop. I also use this for making Frescas con créma. It makes anything strawberry taste great.

This is the absolute best strawberry flavoring I have ever used and I have baked for the public for over 20 years and have tried almost all the others.

Lately it's been hard for me to find strawberry extract in my local grocery stores. I've purchased this product twice, the extract gives my cakes a really good strawberry flavor

The strawberry flavoring gave a nice flavor to a strawberry cake with strawberry filling. You only need a little because if you add too much it can overpower your cake or filling.

Good purchase . Used it to make strawberry cake and it did the trick . Good flavor .
