What is the reason that machine drying isn't recommended?

Why isn't this item eligible for fsa/hsa when other period underwear, including from this company, are?

I believe they are fsa/hsa eligible, it just may not directly say it on the amazon listing. Under the CARES act all period products are fsa/hsa covered. If you can’t purchase directly with your card, try submitting the receipt/proof of purchase for reimbursement! Hope that helps!
