I saw 50 something grams per serving in the details so I worked out it about 8 servings in 400g (400g can÷50g serving=8 servings) but this just confirmed and would have been easier if I'd have just looked at these questions first. 😄 **Q: Is this gluten free?** A: Yes, the pack mentions that it is gluten free. **Q: How many drinks per can?** A: On the side of the can it says approximately 8 servings... **Q: Can u use milk instead or water** A: Hi, thanks for your question . Ensure NutriVigor is designed to be mixed with water; it can be mixed with milk, but it’s worth noting that this will change the nutritional content and taste Let us know how you get on! ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Ensure *by R***N on 2 July 2026* I never thought that I would like , quite the opposite.
