CHAR-BROIL 14101480 Oiless Infrared Turkey Fryer, 20.3" x 17.7" x 17.7"

Used it to make a turkey on Christmas! Fabulous! So much better than the peanut oil fryers!

Very disappointed, they say 10 minutes per pound and we have cooked a 16 pound turkey for 5 hours and it’s still not done! Very disappointed!!

Fantastic turkey in this cooker, so easy to use.

I would highly recommend this Oiless fryer. Works great - food comes out perfect every time!

I bought this just before Thanksgiving in 2016 (about a year and a half ago). Loved it when it worked but yesterday went to cook a Turkey for Easter and it doesn't work anymore. It would like and hold flame for a minute but then go out. Either the burner ring or the regulator / valve is not working. Had to go to the store for a Rotisserie Chicken to feed my family since the Turkey would not be ready from the oven for several hours. Very disappointed as I loved this when it worked. Used about 10 times. :(

I have owned this for about 3 or 4 years I have used it about 50 times no issues ever just very good chicken, turkey wings I can fit 2 beer can chicken in here put what ever u want for a dry rub and stick a little butter on top and take it out about 90 minutes later it is money every time!

This fryer is awesome. We’ve used it on turkey, beef standing rib roast, pork standing rib roast, whole chicken and pork ribs and it never disappoints; always delivers tender, juicy meats.
