IverntechMGN12 300mm 400mm 450mm 700mm Linear Rail Guide with MGN12H Carriage Block for 3D Printer and CNC Parts MGN12H Linear Guide AW013 1

I took a chance on a recommendation from a friend on these Iverntech MGN12-H linear rails, and I was very happy with what I saw and received. The linear Rails and Blocks come in a box, wrapped in a bubble wrap tube, and the Liner Rails are sealed in an air tight Bag. Very well packaged, and there was no damage during shipping. (See Photos)What I liked:1. The packaging. Protective, and air tight to prevent contamination and rust. No rust on any of the 4 I purchased. (Most likely because they know how to package them to prevent rust)2. The light coating of protective oils to keep the rail and block rust free was just the right amount, it was not all sticky.3. The precision, and quality of the machining on the rails is excellent. High Quality in my opinion.4. The precision and high quality of the MGN-H Rail Blocks was outstanding. High Quality in my opinion.5. Easy to clean the protective oils with just IPA. Soaked them over night in an air tight container, and the were free of protective oils.6. All 4 linear rails I purchased had all the ball bearings in each block. No missing balls. The balls were of high quality in my opinion.7. Disassembly of each bearing block was easy, and no issues were found with in the block itself.8. Tapped threaded holes were clean and chip free. Good quality control there.9. Very quit operation on the machine. No grinding noises, or flat spots on the balls that would have made them noisy.10. The high quality of my prints because of the high quality of these Linear Rails. Just outstanding!11. No having to constantly adjust wheels on my 3D Printer, or change them out due to them being worn out.What I didn't like: NOTHING, I have no complaints what so ever. These are high quality, low price Linear rails.Conclusion: If you want to convert your 3D Printer to linear rails, Then I highly recommend this brand. Inverntech. For $21.00 each, you actually get a high quality product. I have purchased other brands, and they just do not match up to Inverntech's.

The package was factory sealed, and all the parts were well protected. All the parts were oiled.Anyone who is somewhat mechanically inclined is aware that the entire assembly has to be taken apart, inspected, washed, reassembled with quality ball bearings, and oiled. If you think that you can get away without doing all this, you’re sadly mistaken. So, ya, these take A LOT of preparation!Plus, the original ball bearings are crap, so dish out the extra $15 and get the good ball bearings.

国産のリニアレールを持ってないので比較できませんが、ちゃんとするすると動作します。エキセントリックナットではX軸をヌルヌルとした動作にできなかったので導入しましたが、満足する出来になりました。マウントはthingiverseで出力しました。

The rail and block had marks on it like it's been used and there was a 0.08mm bow to it. Otherwise it slides smoothly

Ich habe drei stück von diesen Schienen für meinen 3 D Drucker gekauft, und musste leider feststellen das sie sehr hakelig laufen. Mehrfaches reinigen u. fetten hat leider auch nicht geholfen, und zudem fehlten auch noch Kugeln, und damit meine ich nicht die 2 Kugeln die mit Grund weggelassen werden. Aber zum Glück hatte ich noch passende Kugeln liegen, hat aber leider auch nichts geholfen. Mir haben diese Schienen kurz gesagt das Wochenende verhagelt, bei dem versuch sie einigermaßen beweglich zu bekommen. Daher kann ich sie nicht guten Gewissens empfehlen.
