Q: Can you tell me what is the width of each of these band !

I have the blue band (good to 175 lbs)......width is 1.5 inches and 1/8 inch thickness.

Q: Can they be used to do other exercises. Like bicep curls?

Yes and many more exercises if you get creative. But make sure you have it secured correctly so it doesn’t come loose and this giant rubber band comes at your face. That said this brand cracked on me, after a long time though. I now use WODFitters with lifetime warranty and pretty much always on sale if you look hard enough. I wouldn’t error on the stiffer side if you’re between two. They get darn stiff. Just get multiple anyways. They are a part of my regular workouts.

Q: colors are posted but not strength how do we know which is extralight ot medium or heavy? Cant tell

you have go by what they tell you. i e lbs rating. p s each company colors don't match each others lbs rating, no standand.
