Not a USA made puzzle, but sent from China. Poor quality picture and the back pieces are all numbered.

The peices are fun shaped but incredibly stiff hard to put together

The pieces are very thick and are cut poorly. I did not expect poor quality from a 55 year plus manufacturer. Several of the pieces were still attached and not completely separated. They went out of their way to make sure there were crazy shaped pieces. Some pieces do not interlock until the surrounding pieces are added. There wasn't an included poster to make working the puzzle easier. I had to use the box top which I ordinarily use to sort pieces. This is one of the more expensive puzzles I have purchased and definitely at the bottom of overall quality. I will not by again from this manufacturer.*updated*OMG!! I have purchased and worked 100's of puzzles in my lifetime. This is the first puzzle I have ever had missing a piece. I really dislike this company now. What a total waste of time.

One would think that a puzzle would be difficult to screw up, but in a world of mediocrity, this was unfortunately no exception. My puzzle arrived with 20% of the pieces still fit together. I mean, really? Minus one star. As if disassembling the puzzle for the manufacturer wasn't bad enough, about 1/4 of those assembled pieces were still physically attached, requiring me to not just separate, but actually tear them apart - minus another star. Lastly, I knew relatively early on that a piece was missing due to it's unique characteristics, but it was yet another reminder of the apathy the manufacturer takes toward quality and pride in their work. Minus 2 stars for this and for making me write this review.
