Takes about 20 attempts to get reader to work to open box EVERY SINGLE TIME. Please contact me.
This safe worked great for about a week - then for some reason it started to take 4-5 attempts to get the reader to work and read my finger print. I tried different fingers. And it keeps getting worse. I now average 20-25 scans before the damn thing will open.I have changed the batteries twice - I have started the entire process over twice - and still the same results. Eventfully it gets to a point that it takes 20-25 scans for it to work and open the box.PLEASE tell me what to do. I am about to return the product unless you can help.

All received was the case I believe everything is inside. it looks like it’s been opened before.

Waste of money
Had this safe for 4 days, you can only program one fingerprint the instruction manual says you can store up to 25, the safe only works when you have the adapter plugged into the safe and that’s if it even opens on the first 15x times. Do not buy this

My 2 year old open it. With her finger no dam good. This was the reason I wanted it.
My 2 year old was able to Open it.

Unable to open the safe!
From the time I received the safe, and followed the instructions, nothing has worked. I have been unable to open the safe. I can't even send it back. Totally a rip-off.

Does not work
Could not get the initial battery pack to open the safe to set up. Tried 3 different kinds of batteries.. Nothing worked. Junk.

Chinese Garbage
Battery pack is external connected by usb. If it gets disconnected in a emergency situation it'll be a waste of time trying to plug it back in. Battery should be integrated into the case. Setting the fingerprint wasn't hard. Maybe the next person they ship it too won't be able to open it.
