These magnetic snaps were the finishing touch to these cabinets I just built. The magnetic pull is just enough to ensure it really closes but not so crazy strong you have be the hulk to open it. I think what is the most genius part of this product is the adhesive. I don’t think I’d ever trust that alone (not sure why that’s even something they advertise) but it was super helpful lining things up, particularly when you have 3 door (2 together like this) where you have to reach blindly to push it up against the cabinet underbelly. Originally I had a different plan for this middle door but was having issues with other hardware and decided to gang up two together. I really didn’t want to spend weeks sorting that out. For that reason alone it was so nice to back one side, place it, and screw it in when it operated well. I repositioned one piece a couple times because it didn’t hit the door where I thought it would, and I have to say, it held tight enough to be a third hand (always a score) but was repositionable without ripping off paint. I’d recommend these to anyone. Now I’m thinking of every cabinet or closet door I want to buy more for…

They’re pretty strong. Not that expensive for what you get. They are incredibly thin. I have old cabinets in the house. The old latches were worn out. Hinges and doors have been painted over multiple times before I moved in. The doors wouldn’t close. They close now. And if you get the alignment as close as possible, it actually takes a little bit of a pull to break from the magnet. They work pretty good. Only issue I have is that one of the magnets came out of the inset. Nothing a little infinity bond couldn’t fix.

I really like these, but only gave them 4 out of 5 stars because of the adhesive which actually worked well at first. I put this on all of my kitchen cabinets because they are older and don’t close very well anymore. The magnets are super strong and we are finally able to have our cabinets close. It is easy to install, but the adhesion only lasted for a few weeks unfortunately. To make it really work you need to drill it in the doors. I still like them but would have wanted stronger adhesive.

Easy to install. Helps to keep closet double doors shut and at appropriate closed depth in door frame (installed at top of door and door stop). Strong magnet, but not difficult to open doors.

The first package we purchased worked beautifully. The adhesive stickers for were a clear gel and provided a very secure bond. The second package we purchased (a different employee's order, but using the same link, if that's relevant) was in the same packing/same hinges, but the adhesive stickers were of a completely different material - more akin to a card stock with adhesive sprayed on both sides. The bond on the second set is far less secure and several have broken. I do see in the item text a mention of two different adhesives, a white and a red: I thought this was just cosmetic - the color of the backing paper - but it appears they are two completely different adhesives all together. I would happily give the first set a 5 star review, but not knowing which adhesive we would receive makes me hesitant to purchase any more.

We live in an older home with doors that shift and settle through the seasons. As a result, they don't always stay closed. These were purchased as a solution and it worked. The reviews indicated that the screws were a tad short so I switched for longer ones. Unfortunately, had domed tops and prevented the door from closing. I used the the short ones that came in the package as a temporary fix. They are still there and doing just fine. I would not rely on the adhesive alone. I skipped it all together. It was tricky putting screws in since the magnet kept attracting the screw away from the screwdriver, but we persisted. I am happy with the product and would buy again.

Had a new buffet with its own magnetic latches that were horrible. Bought these and they worked like a charm, easier to install than those that came with the buffet, they sit flush, and were easier to shift to get that really perfect fit. I have a kid who can with some minor effort open the cabinets these secure so I simply added stronger magnets to those I don’t want ‘em in and now those ones are even more secure. The pull necessary to break the magnetic force to open a cabinet is strong, but not ridiculous. I would definitely buy these again.

Super easy to install, strong magnet provides great catch. I had bought one from a hardware store and it was hard to line up plus the magnet is not strong. I ran across these on Amazon and loved that you just peel off the stickers so you can align both sides before you screw it in! Great product.

Acheté pour un meuble TV dont l'aimant n'était pas assez fort pour le poids du meuble. Fixé avec les vis, c'est parfait, la porte du meuble reste bien fermée.

These are brilliant. Easy to install. Sturdy fastening. No more rattle from my loft cupboard doors even on the windiest of nights. Previously had to stuff paper into the gaps to stop them banging but not anymore, they stay firmly closed when needed and open with ease too. And my wardrobes door now stay firmly shut despite the abundance of clothes pushing against them.
