I am not one to write reviews, however, I was looking for a natural product to replace montelukast the generic version of Singulair, as the FDA released more information concerning its side affects. I had been taking the medication since 2010 or 2011. My anxiety levels were through the roof and struggled with depression. I convinced myself it was due to aging and stress. November 2020, I fell into a horrible state of depression and convinced my self it was my diet or lack of proper nutrition. While cross checking interactions of supplements with my medications, I discovered the FDA new warnings of side effects of montelukast.Therefore, I immediately discontinued the use of montelukast.I discovered this product on Amazon and am thrilled about results. After a few days my air sinus and air passages are so clear, and I attribute it to this product. However, this is my personal opinion by information and belief.. I am not recommending to not first consulting your doctor.I highly recommend this product.

It is helpful for my seasonal allergy. My eyes and throat feel much better, but still a little itchy in nose. And I don't sneeze that much now.

I am just getting started on chinese herbs and am in acupuncture school. This herb did not disappoint; I have chronic sinusitis due to allergies and it was getting very bad. I have so much fluid in my head, it rattles when I move, but this herb allows the mucous to calm down, dissolve, and it made me feel so much better internally! Got this as research showed it has good potential to.prevent or reduce symptoms from 2020 Corona virus aka CoVid 19 and my wife is having other absorption issues so she needs all the help she can get. I am going to use it also if we get any exposure by 2nd party or a local case as I work for a very large employer and have moderate allergies making mucus a risk factor.

This tea will help rid you of phlegm. The taste is not bland, but kind of sweet. So, no sugar is needed. It's very drinkable.
