More Comfortable than the Hard Plastic One from Vet
Our pink medium cone collar arrived promptly (2 days) and we replaced the hard plastic one from the Veterinarian today. First of all, the fit was perfect for our 13.5 pound Schipperke female. There is Velcro on the soft fabric neck fastener to permit a secure, but comfortable fit around her neck. The plastic cone section has nice plastic snaps for closure and the outside of the cone has a fabric border. This makes for a more comfortable fit and since the plastic is firm but gives gently when compressed by our dog laying down, she can rest sleep better. Very happy with this device.

Buttons a little loose sometimes but gets the job done
Ordered 5XL for my 70lb, 5 year old German Shepard. Looks huge but her long snout is well accounted for. The overlapping edges flop a little and the buttons don’t hold as strongly as we’d like. She bumps into things and the buttons will snap off occasionally. She seems pretty comfortable in it, she sleeps well without having to fidget around. The plastic material shows bend marks (it’s been a few days and there are several dozens of marks now). Otherwise, good for the price and gets the job done and I would recommend for your pet.

Good Protection.
Update: Sizing is pretty accurate and wasn’t too tight on my dog’a neck. Feels comfortable with soft materials used. My dog is still not a fan of wearing the cone, but it does its job well.

Bought new, got used that has Blood and Pus GROSS!!
We were sent a used product that has blood and pus on it as you can see in the pictures. There is more blood and stuff on the other side. The buttons have been worn down to almost unusable so beware if you buy this product. It looks like this could be a nice item to use as the fabric parts are soft it's just disgusting that someone used it and then returned it after they were done.
