Awesome bed
I purchased the AeroBed Double-High Mattress with pump, queen size recently. I keep it at my parents home so that I have a better option for sleeping than a couch. The bed has been used by my husband and me for a three night stay then by myself for two 4 night stays recently. I am thoroughly pleased with the comfort of the bed. The pump is easy to use and inflates the bed very quickly. The bed has not lost any of its firmness during any of these recent uses. The height is good for easy access and exit from the bed. My only concern is that the mattress is very cold if it's in a room that is kept quite cool, as my parents spare room is. It was necessary to put a fleece blanket directly on top of the mattress then a bottom sheet to block the cold feeling. This does not deter from my satisfaction with the AeroBed. Great product!

Great bed, but the floor kind of needs to be spotless before setting up.
This applies to pretty much any inflatable bed: make certain the floor is SUPER clean and vacuumed before setting up the mattress. They do develop leaks pretty easily, so after a year or two you're pretty likely to have a leak. That said, the Aerobed's are fabulous, great hight, stable, and really quite comfortable. My wife and I have really enjoyed having it for travel, and have used it while camping, and while visiting friend's and family! Great bed to have for guests as well so you don't need a bed wasting floor space in a back room! Just need to get a patch kit and take the time to find the darn pin hole leak...

don't get this particular AeroBed, it has heavy external inflating device that broke the valve on the bed after three uses
Although this mattress was comfortable, the inflation mechanics broke after three uses and we are no longer able to use it not we cannot return it as we only had six weeks to return. We used it once in the first month, a second time during the return period, but when we went to use it the third time, which was outside the return time, it no longer worked and cannot be inflated. A total waste of money and waste of resources as now I have to send all this plastic to the dump. Do not buy this item. My sister has an AeroBed which has worked for years. I was hoping this was the some one. It is not. This particular one has a big bulky, heavy, external machine that you have to screw into the bed to inflate it. Hence, the reason it likely broke - too many parts. The one my sister has only has a cord you plug into the wall and an ON/OFF switch. It does not have any external parts and is all one piece. I'd recommend that one.

very comfortable, excellent pump included, but most definitely not queen size
I like this air mattress a lot but it is definitely not queen size. It is listed as 2" shy of queen size - but try to fit a queen size sheet on it. It is as though you put a queen size fitted sheet on a full-size mattress. It MIGHT hit the specified dimensions (78x80) at its largest dimension (the sides, not the surface) when fully inflated but your fitted sheets will not fit it.The mattress is very comfortable, the pump is very fast and quiet and it does not leak like previous air mattresses I have owned, and it is very good for camping. However I am docking two stars because the size specifications are misleading >_<

very comfy
I got this as an extra bed for company as well as a bed for me to use downstairs where it is cooler in the summer. It is easy to set up and fill. I recommend the 2 tier over the single tier for adult use. With the single tier you have to roll out of it onto the floor to get up (better for kids to use). With this 2 tier version you can step out of it like a real bed. I slept on it for several nights in a row with no body aches or set up issues. Yes after a couple of days I added some air but I figure that is normal...air evaporates - and I prefer a harder mattress.Overall sleeping on an air mattress is like a water bed. It is best way I can describe it. And the amount of air in this bed indicates how "soft" it will be. I also highly recommend getting a mattress pad. I find these airbeds to feel cold. The pad also helps with a more pillowy feel. Not required but my preference.I was very glad I picked this bed. Some reviews made me nervous but I've been very happy with my choice. I found myself even looking forward to going to sleep on it. And it is sturdy enough to hold up to my dog and cat. The 3 of us were rather comfy together.
