Gator Evo Tonneau Cover GC25002 Ford/Lincoln F-150/Mark LT 2004-2014 5.5 ft Bed

Installed on a 2014 F-150. As previous reviews said, this took about 40-45 minutes to out in and was pretty easy. The instructions were written clearly. Seems to have installed fine with a drop in plastic bed liner without any trimming of the liner. Looks nice and fit as I expected. Seems easy to use and isn't very heavy. My only complaint (and it's not really a big deal) is the clip that holds up the prop rod was broken when I opened the box. Otherwise, everything seemed just fine. It's nice to see it's made in the USA also. I'm anxious to see how much gas it saves.

Item was very well packaged, lots of think bubble wrap to protect the top. One end of the rails had popped off somehow in transit (the end where the drain is) but it was in the box and I just popped it back on. Install was fairly straightforward. I was able to do it on my lunch break by myself. I had to adjust one of the rails a little and fool with the top to get it to align just right as there was too big of a gap at the tailgate, but after that it looked good. It definitely isn’t going to be waterproof but that’s ok. It’ll keep my gear 95% dry and locked up. Really the only way I see the water getting in is at the tailgate and where the top folds (the rubber gasket bends up right there). Again, I didn’t buy it for it being waterproof. If anything negative happens over the years I’ll report back.

Only a year after having it, I probably put 7000 Miles a year on my truck an I don’t use my truck bed often. But this is what happens. Not a fan of product, wouldn’t recommend it. Should have bought the more $ one .Although they sent me a replacement rubber but you’ll have to put it on yourself.... 🤯
