On receiving this item, I immediately put it in the freezer. Later my head hurt, as it does every day so I got it out and put it on my head. The stench of the fabric was so terrible I couldn't stand having it on my face. I asked someone else if they could smell it, and they said it smelled like rotting meat. I hand washed the cover, and hopefully it will smell better. The whole thing looks ridiculous on the head, but I didn't buy it for fashion. The ice pack seems reasonable least sturdy, though it does not hold the cold for long. Worth a try.

I am loving using this. It fits great, and is adjustable and gets good and cold and fits comfortably. I go to sleep wearing it easily.I only wish the back of the wrap had the same amount of filling as the front so the back of head stayed colder longer but am guessing it may be harder to lay on if so.It might be worth having 2 - one to wear while the other freezes if you need for extended periods of time.

Because of the shape of the ice pack and the opening in the wrap, it was difficult to place the ice pack inside the wrap, especially when I'm not feeling well from a migraine, which is the reason I bought this. The wrap itself has no stretch to it so it doesn't really provide the compression that I was looking for to help relieve the pressure from the migraine. Wouldn't buy this one again.

I sent this back ,it just didn't get cold enough even in freezer plus it's kinda too heavy on head when you already have headache . I have a thinner headband ice pack from here about half the price thats so much better ,I set this one back & just bought another of those kind

Unfortunately doesn’t stay cold very long. Helpful when it is though

This product is an absolute game changer for migraines. The size may seem a touch on the small side as I can hardly get it to velcro closed, but I would still give it more than 5 stars if I could. Toss any concerns aside, this is worth it!

Wrap I would say I have found better migraine wraps that is easier to pull over the headIf you like the Velcro type this is perfect for you
