Only 30 days, not a 31 day pill case. Thirty days has September, April, June and November, all the rest have 31 except for February having 28 or 29 days depending on leap year. Only four of the 12 months have 30 days in the calendar. Eight months per year have 31 days on the calendar.

This pill box works great for my Mom who’s gonna be 91. Looks at calendar everyday, so knows the number to take pills. Great idea! Easy pop open too!! Perfect!!

Love this organizer but I lost one of the pill cubes. Is there any where to purchase a single replacement cube?

I bought this for my supplements (I have a few that I take on alternate days). I do have one prescription medicine. The build quality is OK and I thought the concept was neat. Also, when you travel, you could take those specific containers with you. But, I did not realize that while opening each container is convenient for each day's supplements/ medication, you have to put those in there at the beginning of the month. And, that involves opening up each case and putting the stuff in there. It is very time-consuming and tedious. Unfortunately, all monthly organizers have individual lids. My recommendation would be to get a weekly pill organizer like the Daviky slide-open pill box.

I like this medicine keeper. It’s so useful and easy to use.
