Exercise with concussion
Most of the information is useful in the early stages. The biggest issue I have being a sufferer myself is the mention of hard interval training to stimulate brain growth. Most concussion sufferers have exercise intolerance due to altered cerebral blood flow and dysautanomia. This infact will make your condition and your recovery far worse and drawn out. Please seek out a clinician to run the buffalo concussion treadmill test and gradually increase your tolerance!

Dr Chapek is an amazing doctor
I've had the privilege of being a patient of Dr. Chapek. He is incredibly knowledgeable and uncovered things about my health that had been missed by the variety of doctors I'd previously seen. He's an expert on brain health and the treatment of concussions. His writing a book to serve those that aren't able to see him personally is indicative of his caring and generous heart. If you, or anyone you love, have had a concussion- he is the expert you want in your corner.

Great resource
This book is clearly written and informative. Following the program helped my elderly mother recover from a concussion much sooner than she recovered several years ago after falls caused concussions.
