I’m 5’2” and 140 lbs, carrying the extra weight in my belly area: I got a medium and it fit perfectly with enough room for 2 thin layers to fit comfortably underneath. If you have a slim build, I think a small would be best; if your body type is a little stockier or you want to be able to add thick hoodies or layers, I’d say medium.
