Hair stylist here. The weft extension are not 100% human hair you can see where it burns when using heat. They are so dry and tangle so easy. It didn’t happen till after washing the first time because they came so soft and silky. After putting them in ( done cut them to fit me) I don’t know how to email them to ask for a refund. But definitely wasted money on these.

Not only do these clip ins have amazing length at 22" long, but they are so insanely full of body that its not like anything we have ever installed before. At one point we considered not putting in two of the smaller ones as there was already so much volume.They are easily twice as thick as some other name brand clips ins!All of the clips perform great...clip in and out without any issues, and the wefts are nice and slim so anyone can put these in without professional help

I was so anxiously awaiting this ponytail wraparound. What I got was actually rather disappointing. The way that the ponytail was folded around a piece of cardboard caused it to crease. I really shouldn't have to run a new hairpiece through a straightener to get it to work, but there is no other way around it outside of wetting the hairpiece and hoping that it dries straight.The piece is also far more blonde than platinum. My hair is lighter, mostly white, and it did not match at all.

After getting a recommendation and reading many positive reviews, I ordered the sew in extensions. They arrived quickly. I scheduled a hair appt based on their arrival time and they actually arrived a day early. I was very excited. My hair specialist colored my hair to match the extensions & sewed them in - it was flawless! I got so many compliments! I cared for my hair like my baby! Then, in less than 2 weeks, the extensions became unmanageable! The hair constantly knotted. I used heat protectant. I tried leave in conditioner. Scalp oils. And many other expensive specialty products for extensions. All respectively and together. Nothing worked to keep the hair tame. I had to constantly brush it. It would tangle and “grow” like it was alive - even when I was just sitting at my desk. I had to have my hair specialist remove the extensions because it kept tangling with my own hair and then my hair was getting ripped out when I was constantly brushing it. Not sure if it was the processed coloring of this hair, but I will Not order more. Wish I had a positive experience like the other customers. I paid a lot of money to have my hair colored to match and the extensions sewn in & removed.
