I brought this product because with antibiotics in the past I've had real issues with my stomach with urinary tract etc. So I took this the first day I started taking them alongside the antibiotics. I have to be honest taking 3 as I'm taking 3 antibiotics. Amazing significantly less issues than ever before. Barely noticeable. Wont ever take antibiotics without them again

We've probably all started paying much more attention to the creation and maintenance of optimum health over the last 18 months.The importance of the health of the microbiome in this has been known about for many years, but it has taken some time to enter mainstream consciousness. However, many supplements and branded 'gut health' drinks rather miss the point, having only a handful of colonies. The whole point of the fermented foods such as kefir and kimchi which have been part of the diet for some cultures whose health and longevity is higher than average, is the huge variety of gut friendly speciesI'm pleased, very, with this supplement, which has a sensible number of species which work together.All I would say, is that IF you don't eat a good variety and quantity of plant foods, taking the recommended 2 a day may initially lead to a certain amount of toiletry urgency. Start one a day, or even, every other day. And if, like me, you already have varied colonies through your diet, you may only need one a day anyway. On days where I'm already indulging in kimchi or kefir, both of which I love, I probably wouldn't take the supplement. You can have too much, even of a good thing!Vegan capsules, easy to take, and I'm happy to give house room to the 40 billion, 15 cultures!

I have been involved in the supplement business for many years. One of the most important supplements that can radically change your body is Probiotics. In saying this you should also take Prebiotics as well to maximise the ability of the Probiotic to work in the gut. If you have very bad gut flora then I would also recommend you take Butyric Acid which will change the gut flora over a period of time, once again helping the Pre/Probiotics to work. So why do I say it is one of the most important supplements you can take? It is very clear that immunity starts in the gut. If the gut flora is off it will affect your ability to fight disease. If your body is out of sync, your energy will be depleted and you will feel tired. Treating your gut is so vitally important.So onto this product. It states that it has 40 Billion cultures per serving. A serving is two tablets. There is also no guarantee that what you are taking has 40 Billion cultures. As soon as some Probiotics are made, the culture count starts to diminish. Many times they need to be kept refrigerated and if they are not the cultures can die. Certain brands of Probiotics guarantee the potency of their tablet and some will not need refrigeration. With this product, there are no clear guarantees. There are 15 culture strains which is great. I personally like a lot of strains as you have no real idea which strains your gut may be deficient in. The price is low for what you are supposedly getting, but as I have said I see no guarantee that you will get 20 Billion cultures in each tablet and it does not tell you to refrigerate the tablets. This makes me skeptical as to how potent each tablet is. Having tried this product for 30 days, I have to say I much prefer my usual brand, which does guarantee potency. I get less bloating and gas issues when using my usual brand.Whilst the price is low for a product of this type, I am not convinced you are getting 40 Billion cultures per serving. I don't think it is a bad product, but I do prefer my other brand, as I know exactly what I am getting.

2 capsules per serving, with each capsule holding 20 million active bio cultures (40M per serving) and containing 15 different strains.Whilst you only get 1 months serving per bottle, its a cheap item and 40M per serving puts this way up there on the content scale. Annoying to have to re-order each month (maybe it'll end up on the amazon subscription service?) but only a marginal issue for sure.A health gut is key to whole body health, so whether you have over indulged, have an existing medical condition or just poor guy health, this will allow you to send in the friendly help! Use daily to support a constantly healthy immune and digestion system or as and when you feel the need!Easy to swallow, low odour. Well worth trying if you are looking into this sort of thing!

I like to buy British when I can to help support our economy and feel safe that high safety standards have been maintained, it's also a family run business so I feel good knowing I'm supporting a family not a national company.Our intestines are so important and affect our every day life, I do try and eat pro biotic yoghurts but wanted to do more to help myself.It states if you ahve a sensitive stomach start on 1 capsule a day then build up to 2, I do not have a sensitive stomach but found 2 tablets daily a bit harsh on my stomach so after a few days colon cleanse (you get the idea) I dropped to 1 capsule a day and the issues cleared up.I have noticed my bloating has decreased and I am sleeping much better considering we are ina heat wave right now this is quite important.Over all I really do feel I am benefitting from taking these tablets, sleeping, lack of bloating and a feling of general betterness .These capsules are very good value for money for lots of reasons and I can see and feel the effect they are having on me, would highly recomened,
