Hardly what I'd call a desk lamp. More like a stick-on mini light.Cons: 1. It's tiny. Really tiny. Only a bit more than 1 1/2 inches in diameter. 2. The USB cable is only about a yard long, which means it will just stretch to the top of a table and no more. 3. The dimmer switch is in the middle of the USB cable, which further restricts placement. 4. Typical LED light is harsh and neutral to bluish, so it is nothing like daylight or incandescent. 5. It's so lightweight it can't really stay put on a flat surface like a tabletop.Pros: 1. Light is surprisingly bright. 2. Magnet in base means you can stick it on steel surfaces, like the side of a filing cabinet. 3. It comes with a little adhesive pad (though it might be an idea to buy one of those velcro dots).Not much else to report. We're keeping it, because my daughter likes it.

This light is very small, but it does the job that I wanted it for. I wish the cord was twice as long with the longest part being between the switch and the power unit. I use it in bed and I have to bring another power cord to make it work.But don't get wrong this is a great little light, I'm pretty sure I will be getting another for my desk top.

Very nice bright light however I didn't know how to dim it until I read another review. Included instructions are poorly written.

The picture of this "desk lamp" is actual size. (I take that back. I just clicked on the item description link and the picture is much, much larger than the actual item. Usually it's the other way around.) I was surprised to get a tiny little box and see that this light is about the size of my thumb. It does not have a battery and only works plugged in, despite the description, and it does not get very bright. If I put it right by my head, I can read from it, but it is useless for providing any real light. Not much brighter than your standard night light. I am seriously contemplating sending it back for a refund. Very disappointing.Conversely, we also bought this lamp from Amazon (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00P0P67I4/ref=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1). It is larger and portable on rechargeable battery power and even costs less. It gets pretty bright, much brighter than this one, but still not bright enough to light up a room.

These lights were exactly what I was looking for. Small, plug-in, goes from bright to dim. Went through too many batteries with battery-operated. The lights come with a USB adapter and a stick-on magnet so they can be hung pretty much anywhere. You barely have to touch the on/off button to turn on and off. Hold the button down to adjust brightness. I immediately ordered more of these lights after my first order. Very pleased..!!

This is a great little powerhouse light. I'm still a little confused how to turn it off and on, but I just received the product. The light is good and intrusive on your work space.

Great under mount light. I use it as a constant on light in the kitchen under the hood.
