Like: the support of the pillow and the weird shape of design. I have been sleeping through all night and my watch detected my sleep is better compared to before. I used to like firm and high pillow but not sure since when I can’t handle it anymore. I will get neck and shoulder pain when I sleep with high pillow. Then, I switched to soft and low pillow. I have to switch my position to side sleeper but still didn’t get a good sleep through the night and wake up with headache. Sometimes I even suffer arms tingling and numbness. I even switched to satin pillowcases but still not it. I read and research about different pillow and wanted to give this pillow a try. At first I feel weird about the shape and try to adjust my neck and shoulder to get used to it. I felt asleep quickly the first night and slept through the night. Next day I woke up without any pain and tingling feelings. My body feels better now and I got more energy than before. I don’t need to take afternoon nap throughout the day. According to my watch, I have more deep sleep now and my sleep patterns are better than before. I strongly believe that having a good night sleep give you a good start for the following day. Oh, even though it has interesting shape, it stills fits in my satin pillowcases and it blends in with my other pillow and bedsheets.Dislike: haven’t noticed anything yet.

I had severe neck pain that woke me up many times a night and was horrible when I got up. Nothing ever worked; I had low expectations. This worked! It did! It really did! I am by no means pain-free, but this pillow has helped so much. My sleep has improved and I no longer vomit from pain in the am. This was a big expense for me, but it was worth it. To decide between this and a similar Elviros pillow, I paid attention to how I tried to adjust my memory foam pillow. I am a side sleeper. I noticed I jammed it against my shoulder and the headboard to create a bulge at the top and at the neck area, I rolled the lower corner beneath my cheek, and I supported my head at the temple with my hand. These efforts only worked half heartedly and only for a short time. But I realized I was trying to create something that looked a lot like this pillow, so I ordered this one. Like I said, I love it. I was not promised anything for this review, unless it is unopened in my inbox, and I would refuse such an offer in any case.

The shape of the pillow might be good, innovative, and not too high lofted but it does not fit my neck and head shape (a person under 5 ft 3). Although it is a memory foam, it is very firm!! My head got a little bit numb by sleeping on it for 5 minutes, and my head was sliding off because of the angle of the curvature indent that the back of my head could not reach/formed to. So I gave it to another family member that likes firm pillows. The quality of the pillow seems pretty good though.So if you're taller, likes firmer pillows, it could be good.

This pillow is the holy grail for next pain. You can use it while you read or use it to go to bed. I love the unique shape and the quality memory foam it has.
