As someone that has suffered with migraines as far back as I can remember, I can honestly attest to the fact that this product does help! It relieves the pain enough to allow me to fall asleep and give medicine time to take effect.

I can't imagine life without my Original Headache Hats (the kind I really get, which looks just like this). I have chronic MIGRAINES and OCCIPITAL NEURALGIA. These "hats" (don't have a 'top' on, but are like a very wide headband) are amazing. They stay quite cold for--not sure--20 min or so? I have five of them now, so I switch them out all of the time. The two for 70 is a great deal. I love that you can buy extra of the little gel bags to add more, which I do, for even more cold coverage. I wore my hat in public a few times, to doctor's offices who knew I wear these, and both one of the doctors and several nurses at the other place asked if THAT was my headache hat? They were so surprised. All of them thought it was a cool looking accessory! I wish EVERYONE with head pain could own a couple of these.

I own 6 of these! I use them almost daily as I suffer from Chronic Migraines & Fibro. One of my triggers for my migraine is if I get overheated. I wear these in the summer time to do my plants & flowers. I love being outside. I just bought more of them so I can rotate them all day. I've recommended to family who also suffer from migraines. Everyone loves them! I talked to my doctor about them & his daughter bought one for anxiety.

Really helps with my migraines. I only wish they stayed cooler longer and chilled faster but I don't know what they could replace them with that would do the same trick.
