Even though I work in IT Service Management and the tools covered are different from the one I use called ServiceNow, I am embarking on setting up a governance group for a configuration management database. All the chapter except a few are applicable to my context and I like being able to see how other tools implement similar concepts. A background in data management or document and record management will give you less of a leaning curve in understanding data governance. The kindle version did not have any format problems.
