battery and hp missing in this mower
I now have the need to mow my yard after a winter. I purchased this mower last year. I have had the mower around 7 months of which 4 months it sat in my garage due to the winter. I took the mower out for the first time this year. The batteries seem to be low even though I had them plugged in and recharging. I told myself the machine is still in hibernation. I took it out the next day after having the batteries recharging again. The batteries didnt last and the horsepower was missing as the mower could not cut through the grass. Before you say the grass was too tall. Nope, the grass had been cut once and this was the second time through the yard. This machine is not worth the money. The question I have, how do I return this mower?

Plastic safety bar broke
Plastic safety bark broke and mower is now useless. Can get service from company. So disappointing. Worked well for awhile.

Healthy lawn? (Remove From your cart)
Super weak, feels cheap. For being so light, it’s terrible to maneuver. Had to re-mow small city lawn three times to catch all the grass that was missed on the first and second pass. Mower constantly stops works every 5 ft. Full battery power could not mow a tiny tiny STL city lawn. Half of my yard is still not mowed as the batteries died before I could finish my lawn. Soooo frustrating, but my neighbors got a good laugh watching me curse out this terrible product.

Cheap plastic part kills lawnmower.
This lawnmower looks nice, cut well the first time we used, but because of a plastic part at the throttle handle that snapped, now the lawnmower can't be run. Cheap plastic junk. I'm sorry I bought this.

The Name Fits, Because You'll Be Yelling At it to Work
Had this since September 2023, and reviewing in August 2024. I live in Florida and mow twice a week. This lawnmower has gotten worse as the time passes. It used to mow my front yard with one charge, but now it mows half of it and it CONSTANTLY dies because the motor can't take it. The grass is St Augustine and not long (again, I mow twice a month). It's so frustrating for it to die every second, when the batteries are charged, and just isn't worth the money. It was my first electric lawnmower and likely my last.

The most underpowered mower ever
I am a Worx junkie. Almost everything that is battery powered in my garage / workshop runs on Worx batteries. The summer of '22 I purchased a Worx 40V 14" Cordless Mower and it ran GREAT. It pretty much powered thru almost any depth of grass that I needed it to. I have a pretty good sized front and back yard to mow and it handled it great, BUT ...... 14 inches just wasn't wide enough for me, I needed to move on up to the 20 inch mower for Summer 2023. I got the new mower with great anticipation, and was immediately shocked at how long it took the blade to "Spin Up" to the point where it could actually cut grass. I then attempted to mow some relatively high grass, maybe two to three inches of not very thick grass. It took me TWICE as long to mow with the Worx 20 inch because I had to push forward a few inches, then back off a few inches, then forward a few more inches then back a few, etc, etc. It has taken me almost twice as long with the 20incher as last Summer with the 14incher. Unfortunately I have passed on the trusty little 14 incher to my son, so have to go get a gas powered mower to effectively mow my lawn. It has been a long time since I was this disappointed with a trusted product. My recommendation is that anyone who wants to cut a substantial amount of grass does not use this mower.

Battery doesnt last long enough
I attempted to cut my grass below the 4in and was not able to. Lawnmower has not enough power to go through, it’ll stop. The only way I can make it continue running is if I cut the grass above 4in which is very inconvenient. I tried to return this item and my (return window was already closed) Now is just sitting in my garage. Waste of money. Lesson learned.

This mower will not hold enough of a charge to get me through even half of my yard...
..and I have a SMALL yard. Yes, the batteries were FULLY charged.I wish I would've tried it sooner as I would have sent it back. Not it seems it's too late.

Electric mayhem
I am pleasantly surprised by this product. It's definitely not the manliest you can buy. Its doesn't smell gaz and it doesn't obliterates the grass like a traditional would. But on the plus side. Its whisper quiet and all you have to do is recharge the battery when your done. I would suggest buying an extra set. I always run short 10 minutes of finishing. It get frustrating at time.

Efficient and quiet mower!
I really like this mower: it's efficient, quiet and relatively lightweight. The battery life could use some improvement, it lasts long enough to mow my 900sqft front yard but then the batteries have to be recharged before I can mow my back yard, although the fact that the batteries only take two hours to recharge helps somewhat to mitigate this inefficiency.
