I bought one of these and hid a pencil randomly everywhere I could think so whenever I need one there should be one there. I am about to putchase my second because I still do not have a pencil when I need it. Great product when I can find it

Carpenter pencils are great when working on projects around the house and the kids don't walk off with them. Being flat they are easy to outline stuff with and the softer lead means they mark thing other pencils won't.

Great value for the money

The pencils are good, they mark nicely and the measurements on the side are handy. But the sharpener was painfully dull- I lost an entire pencil trying to sharpen it. The wood splintered and shattered instead of being cut, and the lead inside would break from the force I had to use. Thankfully I have another sharpener!
