This thing is brilliant. It's wider grip makes all the difference you really engage. You feel the burn. Tried on its own you can feel it but could work for a long time, tried with a 4KG kettlebell and it's intense. Tried with 10KG kettlebell and it's insane!! For context I climb I can do several open palm one arm pull ups and I felt this so that's says it very targeted training just what I needed. Well worth the money.sturdy construction and decent quality.it doesn't feel cheap.

Had this in my cart for a while and finally decided to pick it up to supplement my gym sessions- forearms are a massive problem for me, and often go neglected! Pro’s: Well made, the grip on the rod is not slippy, and it included chains and clips for hooking and securing through weights. The only con: Made me realise how weak my forearms are- very humbling, but enjoyable and can’t wait to have forearms like a lobster 🦞

Great piece of kit, huge thick grips, chain feels as strong and durable as any of my other chains, wouldn't worry about loading this thing with any kind of weight my forearm can bear, it is a bit pricier than others on Amazon but the quality tells. Used it a few times and if you are used to conventional wrist rollers which tend to be thinner you will get a hell of a shock when you first use this, it definitely makes you work for it, will be buying more gear from viking strength in the future.

Love the thick handle, the chain is great for attracting weight, the app is aresome fantastic programmes to train every main body part. However there is only a very little section that tells you to go up and down. If you know what your doing no problem a great bit of kit, l read some of the other reviews, - l did get the chain, and l can get to a height where l can use it, the handle looks as if it will last and not crumble or break like foam on rhe other makes however i know the chain can hold really heavey weights, l dont know how much the thither onto the roller will hold jaust saying

Solid, well made wrist roller. Having owned several wrist rollers, this bests the lot mainly due to the ‘fat bar’ width of the handle. Other wrist rollers have either foam covers on the handle (which soon either slips off or tears) or are knurled metal which can start to chew up your palms. The handle coating on this is some sort of really solid rubber? It has a non-slip property to it and almost feels like metal - really like it. I only marked the value for money down a star as this item was £40+ when I purchased it in May 2021. Given the quality of the product, I’d still be happy to pay that now. however, seeing it just a couple of months later at £26 and available on prime next day delivery (my order shipped from the US) is a tad annoying! So, actually at £26 now it represents superb value for money for anyone else buying it!

This thing separates the men from the boys, cracked it out while I had the lads round for pre drinks and was funny watching big lads struggling to lift 10 kilos. its really well made, i worry about rubber handles on grip gear as it has a tendency to degrade after a while but after owning this for a few months now I'm confident it's gonna hold up just fine, build quality is spot on, and the fat grips make it more challenging than regular rollers. it's a bit pricey but you get what you pay for, very happy with my purchase and I'd recommend it to anyone who enjoys training grip

Exactly what it says - this thing actually blasts your forearms even with a light weight! Noticeably more visible veins in forearms that I'm sure are down to this

The gym I go to doesn't have any machines that solely work your forearms so I needed this. Easy to use, easy to carry in my backpack, sturdy and is comfortable in my hands. Good quality item indeed.

Great forearm builder. It works so well that all users will be amazed. Few exercise equipments ever work as good—this is the Gold standard for all exercise equipment—to deliver demonstrable results per use. It is very strong, and well made. The workout effectiveness is superb, because a user will be encouraged to continue using it, because you can feel the results—you earned it and it pays it out in demonstrable results. Comfort is so, so unless you have giant hands, but that is what makes it so effective for me, the Fat Grip. All in all, it is worth the money—it is a great purchase.

Its looks very simple but this will test your pain resistance while doing forarm workout. This really pumps the forarms to max within few reps. Amazaing product with good quality.
