At first, it was very nice. It worked in Italy perfectly. But now, after a year, it is running very bad. I have always had problems with the camera, it turned into green lots of times. I have to turn off the telephone, take the battery away, and then, begin again. The images quality is excellent. The videos too. And now, it got crazy!! It writes by itself, doesn't stop, until turn off. I hope it will help you. Perhaps it was me that I didn't know how to use it. But it was a very beautiful experience, with it 6,5" screen!!!

it works perfectly fine but the speaker it needs a little more of quality but I really love this phone

Does everything very well. Lots of great features. Better reception where other phone will not get signal. Carry case is perfect. So far no bugs with phone.

Nice phone

so my fiancé received this phone as a gift for the holidays. He had it for a month; and at first I really didn't care for it; cuz the screen was way too big . He liked it; and then things started going wrong.(he's returned the phone and upgraded to a BLU win HD which I have). The speakers on the cell phone blew within two weeks after having the phone. Worse off; he couldn't make or receive incoming calls due to the speakers were so bad; he couldn't hear anyone! The final straw was when the camera (13mp) would load up, and then freeze; and then turn green, to taking blank photos.(as he's a construction worker; the photos would come out horrible!!) The phone would almost always go haywire crazy and act like someone else was using it then him!! With all the issues he had within less than a month; he got fed up and returned the phone. Since he couldn't be without a phone; he opted out on wanting this phone back!! Before you buy; just make sure you know this is something you want!! Bigger is always not better!!

I got this phone a year or so ago. Great camera. Good internet and love the screen. Blu tooth works great. Speaker is a little low and the ear speaker is almost at the top of phone so I tilt it to hear. It came with quite a bit of items in Chineese and I actually have an outlet converter to charge it. It charges just fine. I put a memory card into it and kept having problems. It didn't know which one to read and wouldn't let me tell it what to do so I took that out. Now I'm running out of memory. To this day can't get Pict mail or text messages sent to a group. It will shut off at random times. Sometimes I have to take the battery out for it to come back on. GPS is not reliable. I finally got map quest app and the directions are written out. The home button doesn't work anymore. I got out of it what I paid. Not too expensive. Can't find a cover for this. The only one I could find was a wallet type case and made the phone even bigger and wouldn't fit into my purses, pocket, etc. So I took it off.

I received item without battery ...sucks

Ok so from 259 wen up to 800 not cool I really like the phone as a look but it froze on me as soon as I got it out of the box I want to buy it again but not for 800 ..that a no no !!!! 1* just for the look !!!
