Good & sturdy
Good design & functionality. Easy to mount & feels quite sturdy. Fits perfectly on the I-beam in the basement.

Worked great
This worked out perfect to hang the heavy bag to the I-beam in the basement. Very short instructions, but that's because it's pretty easy to figure out how to attach. Seems solid and very happy with the results and strength. Works great!

Looked exactly like the part I ordered - quite sturdy and holding a heavy bag very well

Good but could use improvements
This worked fine with a modification, but it could use 2 improvements:1. I had to put a piece of wood between the beam and the mount. The mount expects the i-beam metal to be like a half inch think; they are never that thick. Without the added thickness, the mount would bend and fail at some point.2. the hanger hook moves in the direction of the i-beam, but you will probably be hitting your bag perpendicular to the beam. It would be a better design to have the hook rotate or be mounted 90 degrees. I'm not sure it will fail but it seems like a risk.Overall, this is a good mount if you made the modification I noted.

Exactly what I was looking for
Worked great to hang a swing kids chair from the beam in the basement. Would be ideal for punching bags as well. Once the bolts are tightened it stays in place really nicely.

Very solid piece of hardware
I’m fortunate to have a steel I-beam supporting the main floor in my house, and this bracket was the best way to mount a heavy bag for cardio workouts. It’s very solid and well made, and the adjustments made it the perfect fit. Excellent product.
