I’ve now used the product for almost two weeks and I can say it’s definitely effective.The first time I used it, I was quite shocked at how powerful the stimulation was. The one for the arms was more powerful than the abs likely because it covers a smaller area. I set the mode as 1 for the arms as it’s already quite strong. It does take some getting use to the first few go. For the abs, I’m now able to use up to the 4th mode.I’ve used it over 10+ times now and there’s no issue with the gel pads. I’ve also read up that you can also wet the pads and dry it to make it sticky again if the stickiness reduces. But the pack also contains some replacement pads if needed which is a good plus. The battery also lasts quite a bit as it’s still running after 2 weeks of use. I’ve been using them daily.It works by stimulating your muscle and is a good addition or alternative to exercise. I can see my arms moving without actually controlling it when using the device which is remarkable and fascinating at the same time. It’s also very easy to control with the LED display. No timer is also needed as it switches off automatically after 15-20 minutes.I also do some exercise and control my diet on top, but on the days that I don’t exercise, it makes for a good alternative. I can already feel my biceps and abs being slightly more toned than before, although still a long way to go!Another plus is I also tried the arms device for my back, and wow it was an amazing massage! And it definitely soothed my back muscles, potentially can add this to your routines to strengthen your back muscles, great for people with bad back like me.Overall, a good buy, definitely recommended!

I have to say I'm impressed with this little device I had an abs trainer some 15 years ago and I loved it I now have some health conditions and a year ago had to have a 10 cm cancer tumour and a full hysterectomy which has left the muscles in my stomach affected and has increased my back pain so thought I would give this little device a try and have to say I am very impressed I have only been using this for a couple of weeks and have already noticed a considerable difference so I would be happy to recommend this device.

With this product I found it really useful, they don't have long life on them they do need to be charged after every use. They are good though they came with a lot of sticky pads, and you can really feel it working

It nips a little but it comfortable enough to sit with on while watching TV. I have not tried working out with it but can imagine I may hurt more with sweat!Can't wait to finish my 8 week course.

Haven't had long will do a follow up review. But for the moment it works well enough. However, one keep switching off. I've set it to fully charge.Will update again

Product arrived on time. Good packaging. I tried it on my belly works as expected looking forward to getting my abs back in shape. Would recommend.

It arrived promptly and well packaged.only using it on low at the moment because I have not used one before and still getting used to it.

This item has stopped working all three controllers faulty now only received this 29th October 2020 can’t see how to contact seller it’s rubbish
