Q: I was sent a 48 volt to 12 volt. i ordered 24 volt to 12 volt. will the 48 volt work the same? or do i have to order another 24volt?

The 24V converter is rated for an input of 18 to 35 volts. The 48V converter is rated for an input of 30 to 60 volts. Unless your input voltages falls within the 30 to 60 volt range you need to order the proper one.

Q: Specific Voltage output (12.0v, 12.6v, 13.0v etc)? Just generally says 12v in the description.

About 12.6 it will power anything listed as 12vdc input

Q: Does this work with a 20v max dewalt battery or the 20v/60v flex volt dewalt batteries?

The converter input voltage is rated down to 18 volts. If the Dewalt battery was actually 20 volts it should work. It is less and many say nominal is only 18 volts. As the battery drains it will go below 18. It may work for a short time but you wouldn’t get nowhere close to the full capacity of the battery. If using a flex battery make sure your wired for 20 volts and not 60.
