The Price of Possession: A Reverse Harem Tale (Pizza Shop Exorcist) Paperback – April 9, 2021

I loved the lack of alphahole abusive love interests in this series, as well as a refreshing main character who is tough and unique without being too in-your-face overdone bad-a$$. The MC is also a mature adult woman who actually acts like it. The harem/polycule is varied, not just one type of supernatural, and you can actually tell the men apart (unlike many other RH). The plotline is engaging, characters are awesome, the sexy times are fun. The only two things I would have added to this series to make it perfect: 1) there is NO MM, even though one of the friendships between two of the men seems like it might develop into more...don't get your hopes up. Sadness. 2) Sex scenes are nice, but largely vanilla, and despite having so many men in her harem, there is pretty much little to no multiples action. But the rest of the series has so many good points that I forgive those two issues and secretly imagine fanfic in my head :) Definitely on the top of my recommendation pile, as not much has been able to engage me and pull me in in this genre in a long time. If you're in a rut and looking for something that is NOT dark romance or abuse or academy or fragile FMC, etc... then this is for you!

This is a re-read and I forgot how much I liked this book.This is a great story with a perfect balance of plot, spice, and comedy. I get Supernatural vibes from the whole thing and absolutely love the characters.Sabian is my fave, but it’s a close call, LOL. Please pick up this series. I have only read the first two previously and I can’t wait to continue.In this read through I did a combined digital and audio. The narrators did a great job! We get duel narration and each narrator does a good job of distinguishing between each character. I’m excited to listen to more.5⭐️ 2.5🌶

Love Price and her crew. Interesting story with good character development. Not too dark not too light, just right for your reading delight.

This was a great twist on the paranormal world.Chris Price - a exorcist whom also owns a crazy pizza shop. Is known for being a little eccentric. While helping an old "friend" exorcise some demons she finds herself stepping into a world she thought she left behind. Meeting her guys along the way is surely to make things more interesting.Malak - AKA Mal - the Vampire with sharp teeth.Sabian the demonic incubusAaron the Nephilim aka half angeland Prince Ezra (we dont know full name yet) A demon PrinceI'm enjoying all of these characters a lot. Their is a slow build, but I think we get the general idea of who will be in the acutal harem. The lust is crazy good but the actual deed is minor and leaves you wanting so much more.This book is funny and witty and I am enjoyed all of the characters.*Overall 4/5*Heat? 3/5*Lust 5/5*First person POV (Multiple people)*RH (No MM, so far)

I Fell in love with story and her finding her vampire and incubus,It broke my heart she lost him . I'm hoping that she gets him back and the half angel become cause with her.

This is a book I'd definitely recommend as it was one that held my interest right from the beginning till the very end without ever becoming boring or over doing the day to day details or too many bedroom scenes.It was a fun easy read that left me wanting to dive right into book two, which I'll totally be doing as soon as I finish this review so I'm going to keep this short and sweet.My one and only complaint about this book that bothered me so much I had to dock a star off was how much the h used the word mate. Used 88 times in this book and no this isn't a case of them being actual mates, no think of an Aussie saying "Hey, mate!" But she uses it all the time it felt like it got tacked onto the end of so much of her dialogue and in situations that made no sense too. This girl is from Santa Fe and still lives there and it makes no sense maybe if it had been used 10-15 times but in a book that has 202 pages 88 times is almost half of that take off the cover and pages that aren't actual story and it really is even closer to being on every other page.That is beyond excessive and it took me out of the book every single time, I was so sick of the word after only a few chapters so by the end I was struggling and probably sighed and rolled my eyes about 75 times.I've been watching Netflix's most current beast master so every single time I read mate I heard it in the Australian announcers accent and voice.😁I'm just hoping that the author kept mate out of book two, because it really was an enjoyable read minus that one thing.

I adore the strong, quirky female main character, Chris. She is funny & fierce! This book had a good plot, great characters, and clever world building. Is it a fast burn menage building towards reverse harem. Very enjoyable!

I liked our heroine sassy and she actually backs up what she can do. However the use of the word "mate" was waaaay over done it just kept throwing me out because of the unnecessary use in some sentences. I live in London and I've never in my whole life met someone who abused that word so much.This is a strange RH the relationships are not balanced, very much of you are here but I wish the other one was here instead. Ouch4* because I really want to know what her powers are and why she's important to the underworld, there must be a reason they are gravitating to her.

I really enjoyed this story, it was well written and had great characters that I really rooted for. Chris Price has retired from being an exorcise but when an old friend shows up and asks for her help she's suddenly thrown back into the business. Along the way she collects some new boyfriends and a hellhound, oh and some new enemies too.

This book has been on my to-read list for a while, and I'm glad I finally got around to read it!I really like the charactor building, and the relationship between the characters.The book could have been longer, so the plot could get fleshed out a bit more, so a bit more focus could be put on the case, but otherwise it was a fantastic read!

i really liked the idea of this book but im afraid i got to 25% and gave up. the overuse of the word 'mate' drove me insane and i couldn't concentrate on the story

Absolutely loved this book and the characters. This book had a great plot with romance, steam, and and action. With great world building. Definitely going to get the next one.
