Bought as shown in the pic for my partner to put her arm through as she likes to stretch out. Not enough support in it as as soon as i put my head down it collapses so pretty pointless. Also the same if i try to put my arm under while laid on it. Tried it on a solid surface thinking its probably too soft a mattress and does exactly the same. Brilliant if you want a memory foam ornament

I can only sleep on my sides but I always end up with dead arms because I put my arms under the pillow. So I decided to give this a try and I'm so glad I did. I received it yesterday and didn't wake up once with a dead arm last night. I've just ordered a second one so I can have one on each side!

Only get if you like your head to be resting against something reminiscent of a granite slab

This pillow is SO SO SO uncomfortable.. The u shape that you are supposed to put your head on has next to no memory foam on it so you can feel the metal u shape digging into the side ofyour head. you might as well stack some bricks up in a u shape and try that rather than buy this.
