I don't use these as a supplement but rather as a replacement for the ridiculosly expensive Salt Sticks for distance running especially in the summer months to prevent cramp. Whilst not as nice tasting as the flavoured Salt Sticks these neutral salty tabs can be swallowed whole (they're pretty small) or if you don't mind a slight salty taste will dissolve quickly in the mouth. For their size they have a very high salt content, work well and are priced very reasonably. Recommended.

Delivered quickly. Only taken for 2 days & already seen a difference, no cramping at all. I drink a lot of water & banana a day, it’s just not enough to stop cramps although I do sweat a lot. Will buy again.

I was putting these on water. I was wrong you chew them. No horrible taste or not bitty. I would recommend. They are great value compared to powered electrolytes.

Actually tastes of what it's meant to, salt, as opposed to being loaded with artificial sweeteners. Also not stupidly priced like most others.
