Excellent product
Living in such a hard water area we have bought bottled water for the last 9 years. The current lockdown and desire to reduce plastic waste we thought it was time to invest in a filter jug. Looking at the numbers of options on the market, settled for this one.Water tastes amazing and we are very fussy.Highly recommended.

The water is great but the jug lid doesn’t work properly
The water tastes so clean and pure. The only downside is that the jug doesn’t pour very well and the flap that should close when the jug is full doesn’t!! It’s advertised as you don’t have to wait to pour the water but I have to wait longer than my last filter jug otherwise I get unfiltered water pouring out too!!

Everything was as described and the quality of the water was excellent, pure and you felt it was doing you good. Very pleased with my purchase apart from the "pouring lip" tends to leak water when pouring, great pity for without this fault it would have been perfect.WATER WILL NOT POUR PROPERLY FROM THE SPOUT OF THE JUG. I HAVE MENTIONED THIS BEFORE BUT HAD NO REPLACEMENTAS I REQUESTED.

not good
tried using this for over a month, the water filters through far too fast and tastes strange.also when pouring, the unfiltered water comes out at the same time.ended up buying a britta and although it filters slowly, it tastes great and the unfiltered water is sealed off when pouring so does not mix with the filtered water.

Very good value and the water tasted better.
I love this filter water jut. The water tastes much purer and better Tham my previous vrita one.

Only changes pH of water very slightly
Tested the same glass of tap water before and after filtering through this jug and the change was barely even detectable. Started at neutral pH of around 7, but couldn't have been any higher than around 7.2 or 7.3 afterwards. I did at least 10 more tests and the change was so minimal I thought I was imagining it at times. Only good thing I can say is that the water does taste lovely afterwards so it's doing something, it's just not alkalising it.

Great tasting water, flaws with the jug design
Water taste great, but there are issues with the jug itself.I have read the previous reviews prior purchasing, hoping that it might have been few unlucky once.Unfortunately the lid is flimsy.When pouring water into glass etc, water spills around it. The flap doesn’t open automatically when pouring water from the tap, you have to physically push it down.This is a let down and I would suggest to review the design as the water is really good and you really can taste the difference!!
