Product is installed correctly, as near as i can tell. no leaks of any kind, three point arms are now inoperative. how can i troubleshoot?

Okay, so as I have been told, the NEW valve (properly installed) will starve the three point hitch for “flow”. However, there is a valve when installed, will split the flow between both three point hitch and the implement. But this being said is also 50% slower because of this split in flow.
