MetagenicsD3 2000 Complex Tablets, 90 Count

This is a very expensive vitamin and my doctor recommended this for my Vit D deficiency. I couldn't find an ingredient list for this product which is annoying and should have been a red flag. Within 20 minutes of the first and only time I took this vitamin I was deathly ill. I had forgotten that I took it and I have an extremely severe allergy to Soy. I was driving and had to pull over because I was so ill. I called home to ask about everything I had had for lunch to see if there was soy in it and nothing. I suffered for more than 6 hours until I remembered I had taken this Vitamin and got the jar and sure enough the 2nd ingredient is Soy Isoflavons! Mystery solved. Meanwhile I have a $36+ jar of vitamins full and am out the money.Lesson learned - if you cannot see ingredients - DO NOT ORDER THE PRODUCT if you have an allergy.

Seriously, 15 mins a day in the sun is all we need to get adequate vitamin D. I live in California... we have no excuse. But.. my son won't go outside, he's gaming all night, sleeping all day. These still keep his Vit. D levels up, so.. they work.

I don't absorb Vitamin D for some reason and I'm outside all the time. Metagenics brought my D count up to almost normal.

Like Metagenics, cant really say if this product is better than any other
