Couldn’t get it to perform as advertised.
Just sent the second one back for a refund. Thought the first was faulty and returned it, but the second one was the same. It is supposed to recognise each user when it is setup properly. It doesn’t. It nearly always defaults to “guest mode” and just records your weight only. (it should do all the fancy fat, muscle, bone and water analysis,) You can assign that “weight only” reading to a user when you get off the scales and it is supposed to recognise you eventually after a few such assignments (according to my customer service email enquiry reply), but it doesn’t. We sometimes got it to work with only one user but two users was not possible for it. I spent a long time, many times, setting and resetting up the base for each user, and the mode and a full reset or two but to no avail. I gave up. ☹️

Scales are good but the app reports incorrect figures.
The QardioBase 2 is a nice looking scale, it's sturdy and unlike others I have no issues standing on it.The setup is straightforward, just follow the instructions on the app on your mobile. I configured the scales to work for myself and the wife. We both have iphones so I set her up using her phone. I'm not sure how easy it would be to set her up just using the one phone. The reason why I've not given this 4 stars is because of the app. The reason for buying scales that save the data is that I can look on an app or website to track my progress. My weight in stones is different than the figure reported by the scales, for example this morning it was out by over 3 pounds.I've reported this to Qardio and they admit there is a problem, though their explanation does not make sense. Apparently, the app only holds the data to 1 decimal point, but this does not fit the differences that I see. For example 13 stone 10.6 pounds reported on the scale is saved on the app as 13 Stone 7 pounds. If they do fix the app then I will update my review and increase the rating but at the moment the app is useless and does make me question the other stats.UPDATE. After using the scales for a while the app has still not been updated and the fat/muscle measurement is completely wrong, not just a little it varies so much as to be useless.

It's good, but no more than this.
It's ok. It's been a real pain to connect it to Wi-Fi (about 2 hours of endless trials and errors) and I couldn't tell you what made it connect in the end, but even then, it doesn't always connect when in daily use. If multiple people use it and don't have the app opened on their phones, the scale keeps track of the measurements, but then the next time any of us uses it with the app opened, we get all those measurements loaded in our phone, regardless of who used it (so no privacy if that's a concern, and a bit of a pain as one then needs to manually delete the wrong entries. So now we have to make sure we have the phone and app in use before using the scale in the bathroom, which turns out to be quite an inconvenience. The rest seems to work fine. The scale has been used for about a month now with no need to recharge it yet so at least the battery is good.

too unreliable
I have persevered but it is too unreliable~; (i) it very rarely recognises who the user is (typically it selects 'guest'); (ii) sometimes it simply doesn't work at all (ie doesn't record any weight or do anything), other times it is inaccurate. So I have given up on it

Weighed five times in a row and each gave wildly different weight
The accuracy of the weighing is terrible. Will fluctuate from one weigh in to the next even though they're immediately following one another. Total range was 2lbs difference. Inconsistent. I also purchased the white version and i can barely read the numbers. i have to rely on going into the app and getting the results there. I have tried both this and the Fitbit scales and both are terribly inaccurate.
