Well made. Fit is tight. Sheath is top quality leather. Easy to sharpen. Did remove powder coating, just a personal preference. Just a solid, well built fixed blade.

Awesome little knife! Great sheath. 3 different ways to carry horizontal belt or vertical belt or drop it in the pocket it’s flat and the rounded bottom of the sheath keeps it from tilting in the pocket. The sheath also has a rubber or plastic piece in the bottom to protect the stitching from this razor sharp blade. Great companion to my BOB! You can’t go wrong with a TOPS!

Love the knife. After sharpening the sheath came apart. Had many ovetgrinds in knife i had to fix. Than it started poking me in my abs causing blood due to poor stiching. I notified company and no result. Knife is great i have many of there products the sheath is terrible. Its now useless to me now since i cant carry it. Knife is pictured after sharpening with sigma powers freehand

Almost bought the Bradford Guardian 3, because I liked the size, and the horizontal belt sheath. For about $65 less, I got this -- with a sheath that can be worn horizontal or vertical! Granted, its' 1095 versus the M390 on the Bradford, but for $65 less, I'm okay with putting a little more care (sharpening and oiling) into it. I generally wear it horizontally, but have worn it vertically a couple of times. It fits the hand nicely, and is a great all-around EDC type blade. So far, I've never been steered wrong by Tops Knives! One of my smaller favorites!

It's the perfect size for me, most of the time I would only carry a folder knife, but sometimes I really need a fixed knife to do some work, a lot of fixed knife are way too big to put in my pocket and looks weird hanging on my belt. This little thing is exactly what I've been looking for.

I watched a bunch of videos on this knife, all showed a black leather sheath that could be worn vertically or horizontally. At some point, TOPS decided to change it to the brown piece of trash you see in the photo. So, I had to find a custom sheath that allows me to carry vertically, that turned my 80 dollar knife into a 125 dollar knife. I bought this because it's made in America, there are others like it that could have saved me money and I would have a better sheath. Thanks TOPS, I'll never buy your stuff again. I did not buy it on Amazon, I bought it online from Cabela's. They didn't show a picture of the sheath, so I had no idea that I was about to be so very disappointed.

ive only had it a couple months for how much it cost i expect a better finish

I was looking for a good EDC knife and this Baja completely fits the bill. I thought it was a little pricey at first compared to some bigger knives but upon receiving this I see why. Quality is top notch. Leather sheath is awesome and made of thick durable cowhide. Perfect for on the belt or in pocket carry. I have to agree on one thing though and say that I didn't like the Phillips style brass screw that holds the micarta handles in place
