Q: Does this really expire?

I have used this product every year since 1983, with it's companion product #7, Bentonite. It is amazing, and the best product of this type out there. Best results are obtained when you do the seven day cleanse. During the cleanse you abstain from eating, except for a couple ounces of apple juice taken 5 times a day when ingesting the products. I do the cleanse once per year. When I was younger I did it 3 times in one year. Always great results!

Q: Is it 100% gluten free, for gluton intolerant people.

It is physillium seed with a little husk, I'm not sure if phsyillium is a gluten product or not. I would check the net to see.

Q: Is this the same as Vit-Ra-Tox #19?

Yes the ingredients are the same but the history and value of the product is not. Victor Irons the creator of this supplement line (vit-at-tox) has a history of false nutrition claims and served time in jail. He had a major hand in lobbying to pass a bill that allows dangerous levels of supplements to be sold for consumption. I have used Sonne #9. It is safe and works well. The use of the whole seed plus the husk is what makes it work so well (as opposed to just the husk like many OTC fiber supplements). I would recommend it for those who have a hard time getting enough daily fiber and require help with daily bowel movements. -RD2B 2020

Q: webmd says that this product as well as bentonite has lead. Why would they put lead into this?

I see on the package no mention of lead in it. It does say that it is a companion product. The Number 7 is the liquid that is one of the companion products to use with this. I use all 3 companion products together Numbers 9, 7, and 9A. 9A is a tablet of Cascara Sagrada which you need to evacuate the bowel (some may not need it). It really works well, you feel completely clean. I have used this system since 1992 or 1993. My mother was on it and my 2 daughters come for a cocktail of it as they need it. I use it once a couple of months. Though it says to use it in many different ways for different reasons is the changes. I use it for Very Slow Metabolism & Constipation Problems.
