I like this bike. Arrived in a beat up box but understandable since it was heavy. Product was intact. Took me 30 minutes to put it together with the “help” of my 8 year old. So, easy to assemble. Only problem is that the pulse checker screen and data goes blank if you put your hands on the metal pulse checker. Happened after about 1 week of using it. I’m not an intense rider so it doesn’t bother me. Everyone comments that it looks nice. Many assume it was expensive and are surprised when I tell them the cost.

1st, it took over 2 months to finally get this. I ordered the blue bike, but that order got messed up somehow and I had to reorder, but then the blue was no longer there. So I went with the black one. And what did I receive? A white bike. There were No instructions so had to go off the picture on box. Easy to assemble though. Noise is louder than professional bikes, but not a total deal breaker with this. Bottle holder was broken and off to the side and when I try to use, it moves all around. Also looks like the delivery people mishandled it as several parts were damaged when it arrive. The counting device is an absolute joke. It is completely worthless to use and once again, no instructions on its function. Just press a button and hope to know what you're reading on the monitor. Will be contacting Amazon to see if they can issue a credit for damage, inconvenience, and wrong item color. Also, when riding even on solid ground, the handlebars are kind of flimsy as though they may break. Don't recommend for anyone about 220lbs. I'm 223 5'10 and I feel like the bars will break off soon. Oh. And no matter how tight you tighten the actual seat, it moves around once you ride for about an hour.EDIT: After a week of using this only 3 times for 20 minutes, it started squeezing and making lots of noise. It was so noisy using this, that it was no longer worth trying to use it because the noise was so distracting and disruptive. Don't waste your money on this piece of junk. Will try another company now once this is returned.

I’ve used this bike for a month now and it’s not bad but not great either. The right pedal keeps falling off at the most inopportune time. After around 9-10 miles it starts to get loose and falls off which ends my workout. I never have this problem with the left side, the threads on the right pedal look to be a little worn. I contacted Amazon and my only option was to return the bike…that’s not happening it’s too heavy and bulky.

I’m extremely glad I got to order this bike. It was extremely easy to assemble and took no time to get me exercising. The seat is extremely comfortable to sit on and the bike was easy to move around the house. The digital monitor really helped me keep track of all the time I spent riding and over the past month I’ve started losing a few pounds. I truly recommend this bike to others and wish you all the best luck on your fitness career.

This is absolutely the best piece of exercise equipment we have ever owned. It is so fun to ride. The tablet holder is also able to hold my phone perfectly. It is so quiet I even ride it in the same room my husband is working while he’s on the phone. Had it assembled in minutes. Recommend 100%!
