The product is a genuine replacement/addition for Kitchenaid mixer. Be careful when ordering a replacement bowl that it is the correct size for your mixer. This is the 4.3L size which is compatible with both ranges. The 4.8L size will be too big for some mixers. This is a UK sourced product and, since 1/1/2021, may incur customs and VAT charges if shipped to the EU. It should also be available on Amazon Germany.

I needed a second bowl for my Kitchenaid and initially intended to buy a glass bowl. However, I was put off by high number of reports of breakages, so went for this steel one instead, which is slightly smaller than the standard bowl. It was a bargain price from Amazon warehouse and arrived in original packaging and in perfect condition. I am very pleased with this bowl and would recommend it.

its a bowl. with a handle crudely spot welded on. Fits fine and works OK but not great quality considering the price.

I bought this as a mixing bowl and it is brilliant, good to use, easy to clean, goes in the dishwasher and comes out like new

I bought this as a second bowl for mixer. It has a handle which means that it makes a great option for hand mixing in after using the mixer (eg mix fruit into a cake mix at the end). Just the right size- not too big or small. I use it with just the standard mixer (not Artisan) and it fits fine.
