Standard installation, good brightness, has a remote that works if you point it at the light accurately. Most annoying point is it only works with 2.4ghz wifi, no use to a modern wifi system.

This is a good light. However, I have routines set up on my alexa account and this light struggles to deal with them.The installation seemed straight forward enough but when you have a thick wire its tricky to get the right angle and hold the light in place to secure the wires. Would advise having someone help to install it.

Be cautious if you cannot isolate the 2 4ghz wifi. After hours of attempts, youtube, and forums i found out because I have a BT smart hub I cannot connect the lights to the WiFi. The light itself is fine however I wanted it as a smart light to use with Google but it's now just another normal light.

The shade had an indent which seemed to be caused by packing stored on top of unit

Worked straight out the box. The install was a piece of cake. Setting up with the SmartLife app was so simple. Can be controlled and scheduled through the app and alexa.Just remember to ensure your wifi router is configured to 2.4ghz and not 5ghz. Check your router manual to do this.

Remote control is excellent

Very pleased with the product. Easy to install, I will definitely recommend it.

It’s easy to install. The remote works well. The app is even better. It’s easy to link it to my google speaker and generally performs excellently.The only thing which hold it back is that the controls on google assistant are a bit limited. You cannot for example reach the lowest colour temperature with it, there are only 6 presets for colour and they are not very good. You can say "Okay google, set temperature of light to 1 kelvin" but it never takes it all the way down.edit: I learnt how to use IFTTT to enable custom presets via scenes, very satisfied with its function now and giving 5 stars.
