I love this product. I have been using it for a few years now. I have seen a major difference in my hair growth and thickness. noticable improvement in nails and cuticles
I have been using vitafusion multivitamins for a while because they are a good value but I recommend this version over the others because you don't need to buy a separate vitamin for biotin.In the past several years I have noticed that my nails are not as strong as they used to be and I frequently experience issues with my cuticles.Now my nails grow stronger and faster and my cuticles are in good shape. The difference really is night and day.
